We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Technical Document Uploader, designed to streamline research workflows for legal and accounting professionals. This feature empowers you to upload and query your own documents directly within our platform. This will make your research faster, more accurate, and more secure.

Key Features

  • Batch Uploads: Upload up to 20 documents per conversation, with support for PDF files (up to 10MB each).

  • Drag-and-Drop Simplicity: Easily add files using drag-and-drop anywhere into the question box, or click the "paper clip" icon to attach from your computer.

  • AI-Powered Research: Our AI models will consider your uploaded documents, alongside our legal database, to provide context-aware, highly relevant answers.

  • Real-Time Feedback: See upload status for each file and receive instant error messages for unsupported types or size limits.

  • Document Management: Remove or replace uploaded files before submitting your query. By default, documents stay uploaded in the conversation chain, for follow-up questions

Security & Compliance

  • End-to-End Encryption: All files are encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • Privacy & Compliance: Fully compliant with NZ Privacy Act, GDPR, and SOC 2 standards.

  • Data Retention: Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 30 days of no use, or you can delete them manually at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent from your perspective, with all backups purged within 10 days.

Supported Document Types

  • Currently your PDF needs to be OCR'd and have a minimum amount of text. If your document is a scan without readable text, you will receive an error. Try using an external OCR tool before uploading it again.

Previous Document Analyser

You will notice that the previous Document Analyser is no longer accessible and we have retired this feature. If your account owner has disabled access to this legacy tool, you won't be able to see the new version. Contact your account owner if you would like this to turn on.
