Overview

There are several ways to get help when using Law Cyborg. Use the in‑app Help menu, consult the Knowledge Base, or contact the team for account‑specific assistance.

Quick ways to get help

  • Help menu: Click your profile icon (bottom-left of the app interface) → Help to access assistance from anywhere in the app, which will take you to our Knowledge Base

  • Knowledge Base: Browse guides and references for step‑by‑step instructions.

  • Talk to a Human: If the Knowledge Base doesn't answer your question, you can use the "Talk to a Human" button at the top of this page and fill a support request, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively you can email your usual Law Cyborg contact.

  • Report an answer: If a specific AI answer is incorrect or unhelpful, use the Report icon on that answer to notify our team.

When to contact your Owner or Admin

  • Tool access is missing or a feature has disappeared unexpectedly

  • You need a new practice area or a licence assigned

  • Organisation‑wide settings (e.g., Chat History) need to change

Troubleshooting first steps

  • Try reset your browser cookies/cache, and then log back out and in again

  • Confirm whether your organisation has disabled a feature (e.g., Document Uploader or General AI)

  • Check the Knowledge Base for known limitations and workarounds
